RSS is a three letter abbreviation that stands for Really
Simple Syndication, Rich Site Summary or RDF Site Summary.
It is a XML-based system that allows users to subscribe
to data feeds, such as CBC.ca Top Headlines using a
news reader. Now you can get the CAC RSS Feed.
What is a news reader?
RSS/News Readers (also called Aggregators) download and display RSS feeds. If you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Thunderbird (e-mail), Firefox (web browser), Opera, or Apple's Safari, then you already have an RSS news reader.
