As a key member of the Finance and Operation Team, and reporting directly to Associate Director of Operations the CAC Executive Coordinator provides executive and administrative support to the CEO, the COO and the Board of Directors. The ideal individual will have the ability to handle sensitive information with high level of confidentiality and discretion, work independently, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, will have strong and professional written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Coach and Partner Services Support (Maternity Leave)
The Coach & Partner Services department provides assistance to the coaching, sport partner and professional coaching community in their use of CAC services and of the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Reporting to the Manager, Coach and Partner Services and Analytics, the Coach and Partner Services Support provides customer services by phone, email as well as in person to various stakeholders. This includes providing Training on The Locker, troubleshooting and problem solving, and assistance to coaches in understanding the NCCP pathway and the professional coaching application process.
As a member of the Coach and Partner Services Team, the incumbent will use strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages to communicate with our coaches and partners.
