Plenary and Closing Address
Dr. Suzanne Laberge presents her research findings on
coaching employment trends in Quebec and across Canada
over the last two decades.
Frank Dick explains the “Winning Difference”.
When athletes compete at an international level, there
is little to differentiate them technically or in their
fitness or preparation. The winning difference is not
what they do or know – such things are a given;
it is how they do things. But that is the same for all
of us, whatever our field of endeavour. The “hour”
is about attitude, behaviour and culture. It is about
you. You are the winning difference.
