Online registration for Petro-Canada Sport Leadership sportif 2008 is now closed. If you wish to attend the conference, please register and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by cash onsite at the registration desk.

We are pleased to announce that there is no increase in the full conference fee for 2008.

Full conference fee: $400 Cdn by October 1, 2008
$450 Cdn after October 1, 2008

Full conference fee includes:

• Sport Exchange Forum (lunch will be served)
• Opening Plenary
• Friday afternoon Workshop
• Sport Leadership Awards Ceremony and Dinner
• Saturday morning Plenary (continental breakfast will be served)
• Saturday morning Workshop
• Women in Coaching Luncheon and Plenary (lunch will be served)
• Saturday afternoon Workshop
• Saturday evening Social
• Sunday morning Western Pancake Breakfast
• Roundtable Discussions
• Closing Plenary

Conference fee (Student Package): $125 Cdn by October 1, 2008
$175 Cdn after October 1, 2008

The student package has been designed to provide an opportunity for students to participate in the conference.

The student package includes:

• CAC Coaching Research Symposium
• Sport Exchange Forum (lunch will be served)
• Opening Plenary
• Friday afternoon Workshop

Enrolment Policy

CAC reserves the right to cancel workshops if there is insufficient enrolment. In addition, CAC reserves the right to add or change speakers or change workshop descriptions. Every effort will be made to communicate changes as they occur.

Late Fee

A late fee of $50 Cdn will be charged for registrations and payments received after October 1, 2008.

Refund Policy

A processing fee of $100 Cdn will be withheld for any cancellation received on or before October 1, 2008. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after that date.
