Water Polo Canada offers the following NCCP workshops:

Community Club Coach: This workshop, trailored to the transitioning athlete or parent with limited or basic water polo experience, will give you all of the tools you need to hit the pool deck with confidence as a first-time water polo coach. These coaches typically work with athletes in the FUNdamentals and/or Technical foundations stages of LTAD who would be competing in community or city leagues. More...

Competitive Coach: This workshop provides an exceptional foundation for your coaching career and introduces new coaching methods that will enhance both your coaching and your program’s effectiveness. This workshop (formerly known as Practice Coach) is ideal for coaches with previous coaching exprience as well as former water polo athletes. The Competitive Coache typically works with Early Competitive Foundations athletes that are just being introduced to structured and organized competition for the first time. This training is also relevant to coaches who are working with athletes aged 15 and older in the Competitive for Life stream. More...

Advanced Competitive Coach: This workshop provides trained or certified NCCP Competitive Coach coaches with advanced training in daily, weekly and annual planning for athletes that are entering the stages of their careers where sport and position specialization is beginning. This workshop is ideal for coaches with previous experience and high performance athletes wanting to becomie involved with high performance coaching. Coaches typically work with Late Competitive Foundations athletes who have expeirence at both provincial and national level competitions. More...
