Designed for coaches of athletes in the Learn to Train, Train to Train and Active for Life stages of athlete development, this workshop can be taken by small boats, war canoe, marathon, or dragon boat coaches. The focus of this workshop is to develop a coach’s ability to design, structure, and implement a sprint canoe/kayak practice. This includes teaching techniques as well as analyzing and correcting it.
