Work/Life Balance 

  • Hybrid work model with opportunities for added flexibility: 

    • 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. 

    • Set your own work schedule within CAC core business hours. 

    • Work remote for up to 4 weeks per year.

    • Additional work from home weeks scheduled throughout the year.

  • Best in class paid time off policies, including: 

    • 12 paid sick days per year; 
    • 12 paid statutory holidays per year; 

    • Full-time permanent employees start with 15 vacation days;  
    • Additional vacation accrual starting after 2 years of service;  

    • Banked time accrual / time in lieu for overtime worked.
