Mental Health and Sport Resource Hub

General – About the Hub

The Coaching Association of Canada’s (CAC) Mental Health and Sport Resource Hub is a free, online portal of mental health resources from subject matter experts. New resources will be added regularly and will include eLearning modules, infographics, activities, research papers, videos, and workshops on various topics related to mental health.

The goal is to empower and equip coaches and sport leaders with educational resources to increase their mental health literacy, both with a focus on self-care and supporting their sport participants.

The Hub was launched on February 16, 2023 at noon ET.

The Hub features a variety of topics related to mental health and sport, including self-care and positive mental health practices as well as tools to manage and alleviate stress, anxiety, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. New resources will be added regularly to expand on the content available in the Hub.

If you have any questions, please contact mentalhealth@coach.ca.
