November 6, 2024, Ottawa ON – The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) is proud to promote the Quality Coaching Campaign, funded in collaboration with the Canadian Olympic Committee and the Government of Canada through Project Lighthouse. This initiative aims to help sport leaders and coaches foster environments that prioritize safety, inclusion and accessibility for all participants.
“Coaches hold the responsibility of creating spaces where every participant feels valued and safe,” says Lorraine Lafrenière, CEO of the Coaching Association of Canada. “The Quality Coaching Campaign is a crucial step in ensuring coaches are aware of the tools and resources available to help them foster that positive sport environment.”
