OTTAWA, ON, October 14, 2026 - The Coaching Association of Canada’ Women and Gender Equity in Coaching (WAGE) program has announced the 2026 coach mentor and mentee pairings.

The WAGE Program aims to advance gender equity in coaching by fostering leadership development, knowledge transfer, and meaningful connections through mentorship. Through a dedicated Community of Practice (CoP), mentees come together to share experiences, strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and support one another's growth as leaders in sport.

As this year's mentors and mentees begin their journeys together, we look forward to the conversations, connections, and opportunities that will emerge through the WAGE community and beyond.

Meet the coaches and organizations that make up this year's WAGE mentorship cohort.
