Summary

In this evaluation of the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions coach education module, coaches were interviewed and surveyed about their perceptions of the current model and recommendations for how the MED module may be improved.

Taken together, the findings indicate that the participating coaches who completed the MED module were very satisfied with the course, found the information useful and easy to understand. Additionally, 73% reportedly changed their thinking with respect to ethical decision-making, and 60% reportedly changed their coaching behaviour or intended to change their coaching behaviour as a result of the course material.
