NCCP Teaching and Learning Module Review

Summary
This report was prepared for the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC). The aim was to review the Teaching and Learning Module of the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and to offer recommendations for potential evidence-informed revisions. It includes a content review of the module and a review of current research on: self-reflection, approaches to teaching and learning, immediate and short term outcomes, designing engaging learning activities, developing high-quality relationships, creating appropriate environments as well as diversity and inclusion. Recommendations for NCCP Teaching and Learning module review are offered.
