Summary
The purpose of this study is to gain insight into the views of In-Training, Trained, Certified and Non-Trained Softball coaches have regarding the NCCP training and to gather demographic information on Canada’s Softball coaches. More specifically, the main focus is to determine why Softball coaches have not undertaken the NCCP training and to develop recommendations to increase attendance for NCCP workshops and thusly increase the number of In-Training, Trained and Certified Softball coaches. The report delves into why this lack of interest exists and to provide recommendations to increase the number of Softball coaches partake in NCCP clinics.
