The Coaching Association of Canada organized a school tour that included a presentation at St. Oscar Romero Catholic Secondary School in Toronto on October 10, 2023. The esteemed panel included Beth McCharles, mental performance consultant, Molly Carlson, Canadian national team high diver, and Karl Manzi Bicamumpaka, Mental Performance Consultant.
Through the school tour, the CAC embarked on a mission to raise awareness about the Mental Health and Sport project and its impact on the community, give students the opportunity to hear sport leaders share their lived experiences, and highlight the vital role of mental health in sports.
