Learning Facilitator (LF) Advisory Group members sought for Make Ethical Decisions module delivery in “The Coaches Centre” 3D eLearning environment
Be part of a team that will contribute to a highly innovative and creative NCCP training environment!
Purpose:
To provide feedback and suggestions to the Loyalist College development team (Infinite Spaces) that will:
- ensure competency-based, effective delivery of the Make Ethical Decisions (MED) module in a synchronous 3D environment;
- ensure reasonable ease of use for coaches that will register and participate in MED delivery in the environment;
- ensure reasonable ease of use for LFs when facilitating MED in the environment.
Eligibility:
- Must be a qualified MED LF or Master Learning Facilitator (MLF).
- Must have extensive experience facilitating MED in a workshop environment.
- Must be comfortable with technology, have a computer with audio capacity, and a headset with earphones and microphone.
- Have enthusiasm for attempting delivery in an exciting online environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Participate in 3-4 advisory group sessions to provide input and feedback on the re-designed environment and processes for delivery of MED.
- Participate in preliminary testing of MED delivery in the re-designed environment.
- Contribute to the design of LF training for LFs that will facilitate MED in this environment.
LF Advisory Group Members will receive an honorarium in the range of $250-$500 for their contribution and will be utilized as the first wave of Learning Facilitators for Make Ethical Decisions in the newly redesigned 3D environment where possible.

Please note: Only one multi-sport MLF or LF will be selected from every province/territory; and the candidate must have endorsement from their PTCR.
