Anti-racism in Coaching eLearning module
The new Anti-racism in Coaching eLearning module addresses critical and timely issues raised by coaches and sport organizations in Canada. To upskill coaches working with racialized participants, the module will provide historical context about marginalized people in Canada, build awareness of racism in sport, and provide tools for contemporary anti-racist coaching methods – all through a Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) lens.

Community of practice
In continuation of the important steps taken with the creation of this module, the CAC will develop a community of practice to continue the crucial conversations around anti-racism in coaching and sport.
Module cost
The $15 fee will be used to sustain the Anti-racism in Coaching module as current information becomes available and to continuously improve the module content. In addition, the CAC is excited to announce the launch of a grant program to increase the number of opportunities for equitable, diverse and inclusive coach development initiatives for the sport community that will be supported in part through fees collected.
