How ethics training helps
Lifelong learning through numerous training modules helps coaches expand their knowledge and awareness of important topics throughout their career.
Completing training such as Safe Sport Training, NCCP Make Ethical Decisions and many more helps coaches expand their knowledge and awareness of important topics throughout their career. It equips coaches to identify the legal, ethical, and moral implications of difficult situations that present themselves in the world of team and individual sport. Safe Sport training empowers coaches and parents to recognize and prevent bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination (BAHD).
Two ways to complete ethics training:
NCCP Multi-sport Training is delivered via on-demand eLearning through the Locker and via in-class and online formats through your Provincial/Territorial Coaching Representatives. Please contact your local Provincial/Territorial Coaching Representative for more information.
