This five-day workshop will inform coaches on how to get higher performance from their athletes by learning how to plan the yearly physical, technical and psychological aspects of their training. Additionally, it will provide coaches with advance Broomball techniques and tactics, and required leadership skills to become the top in their field. This course is designed for international and national broomball coaches.
Coaches interested in this workshop are required to have the following certifications and have completed the following multi-sport workshops:
- Completed the BTC
- Competition Introduction Make Ethical Decisions Evaluation
- Completed the BTE Pre-Logbook
- Red Cross
- Managing Conflicts
- Leading Drug Free Sport
