In this 3 day practical sailing course, you will learn to work with athletes of all ages, delivering on-water instruction, helping them develop technical sailing skills, while focusing on safety and professionalism for intermediate sailors, ultimately being able to deliver the CANSail 3 & 4 program at your club. The focus of the workshop is on delivery practice, and on assessing and evaluating your athletes on land and in the water.
