Ian Denney joins the Coaching Association of Canada as new Director, Innovation and Business Enablement

The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Denney as Director of Innovation & Business Enablement, effective immediately.

As a member of the CAC’s Senior Management Team, Ian will play an integral role in supporting the CAC’s strategic vision; aligning resources to achieve its operational mandate, strategy, stakeholder, and partner objectives. 

“Ian brings a unique combination of business and operational technology experience, innovation expertise and know-how to the role of CAC Director, Innovation and Business Enablement,” says Lorraine Lafrenière, CEO of the CAC. “He has a stellar track record supporting and building teams to undertake complex and challenging assignments, developing applications, and designing solutions for the best end-user experience.”

Ian will lead the CAC team and its partners in designing solutions and strategic enterprise programs to successfully target business optimization, readiness, and service delivery for our partners and stakeholders.

He brings with him a career spanning 25 years with leading-edge expertise in implementing innovation strategy, problem-solving, and managing new ideas through the idea lifecycle. He holds an MBA from Liverpool and has completed numerous improvement and innovation certifications, adapting these specialties to the delivery of client services and increased stakeholder value.
