Overview

2,000 push-ups for the 20% of Canadians who will experience a mental illness each year. Get involved in The Push-Up Challenge and not only will you have a bit of fun, but you can help Canadians get the mental health support they urgently need. It's FREE to sign up and with every push-up you can help to save lives.

Important Registration Information

Step 1: Register! Register to be part of the challenge. Just fill out some details, register as an individual, create a team or join your friends. It's easy. And it's free.

Step 2: Share! Once you've registered, you can share your page and recruit some team members to join your team. For big groups, sign up as a Community to create a collection of teams.

Step 3: Participate! From February 1st to 23rd, you'll be challenged to complete 2,000 push-ups in the push for better mental health.
